- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 200g onion, chopped
- 3 cm ginger root, grated
- 500ml water
- 1/2 cup agave syrup
- 1/2 cup honey
- Put the onion. turmeric and ginger in the water.
- Cook on medium heat 10-15 minutes, then, drain the liquid and let it cool.
- While it is lukewarm, add the syrup and the honey and stir until well combined.
- Put the mixture in a jar. Take two tablespoons in the morning, and two before bedtime.
